Vantage Drives and Patios installed a new driveway and patio in Chelmsford, Essex.
We dug out the old surfaces and installed a hardcore foundation with a fibre optic membrane to prevent weed growth. We extended the existing patios and created new layouts with edges set in concrete. We laid the patios with ash block paving and charcoal border.
At the front, we put down a new foundation with membrane sheeting and flat-top kerbing across the front. We installed a new recessed manhole cover and a key-kerbed doorstep. We laid the driveway with bracken block paving in a 45° pattern with a matching double border.
