This beautiful patio and driveway transformation has been supplied and carried out by Vantage Drives and Patios in Chelmsford.
First, we removed the old garden, levelled it off and boxed-off flowerbeds with treated railway sleepers. We put in fresh topsoil and laid new Yorkshire turf on top. We installed the patio with bracken block paving.
At the front, we removed the old driveway, widened the layout and installed a new hardcore type 1 foundation with weed control membrane. We laid the driveway with matching bracken block paving laid in a 90° pattern. At the entrance, we installed new kerbing and recessed manhole cover and ACO drain channels running along the left-hand side.
