This garden and patio transformation took place in Chelmsford.
We renovated the entire garden area, removing the old lawn and pathways. We added a new base foundation of Type 1 MOT with a weed control membrane. We retained a small space for a flower bed around the side of the patio using treated railway sleepers. We laid the patio with 'kandla grey' Indian sandstone slabs and grouted them with a lighter-coloured resin jointer for contrast.
