In this job, we tackled a new driveway, footpath and patio in an estate in Billericay, Essex.
First, we removed all the old materials and laid a new foundation in all the areas. We put down a new heavy-duty weed protective membrane and topped it with an 804 stone sub-base. We laid the driveway with Marshall's block paving in Charcoal with flat top kerbing edges. Then we filled the little holes around the kerbing with some tarmac. For the back patio and front footpath, we used 'kandla grey' Indian sandstone in various sizes.
