This is a new patio installation by Vantage Drives and Patios in Chelmsford.
We removed the old surface and completely reshaped the area. We retained the garden with treated sleepers and built new steps. We built a new base foundation with membrane sheeting and laid our new Indian sandstone patio using a mortar bed. We installed French drains around the patio that were backfilled with gravel.
