We started by taking out all of the original crazy paving. Then we laid a new hardcore foundation with a membrane sheeting underneath. We installed new 6-foot tall wooden fencing with concrete posts and gravel footing. To retain water, we put down beautiful railway sleepers. Then we edged the whole area with a double 'charcoal' Barleystone border. Finally, we laid the patio and driveway with Grey Tegula paving blocks and created one beautiful, continuous surface.
